We have been made aware of a vishing and smishing campaign that is targeting our customers via phone calls and SMS. Fraudsters are using a fake domain to impersonate BNF Bank.‍ Kindly be advised that the Bank will not send you any links or request you to share any security details via these links or over the phone.

I want to take this opportunity to speak directly to our customers - to give you a fuller picture of what has been happening at BNF Bank, what we are building, and most importantly, where we are heading together.

On 1st April 2025, BNF Bank completed a significant digital transformation, upgrading its core banking system and digital channels, and transitioning from VISA to MasterCard. These changes are designed to enhance your banking experience and require activation of both the new digital platforms and your MasterCard products.

We are in the process of migrating you to our new banking system.

Andrew Woods from BNF London Branch along with over thirty-five other ABA members attended the association’s regular meeting with the Bank of England (the Prudential Regulation Authority) in Mayfair on 18th February. The PRA was represented by Laura Winchester who is the lead supervisor for BNF at the Bank of England.
