What to do if my card is lost or it’s been stolen?
Please notify the bank immediately in the event that:
- Your card has been lost or stolen
- Your pin number has become known to a third party
- You are worried that your card and/or pin number has been misused in some way
- Call us on (+356) 2260 1000 or 80073200
- Visit us at any BNF branch
- Call VISA directly on 001 443 641 2004
We will block the card immediately in order to prevent any further transactions and issue you with a new card and pin number.
To avoid being responsible for any fraudulent transactions, please report the card as lost or stolen as soon as possible and without delay.
