What is the difference between the Secure Code and Password?
How do I log in to eBNF Desktop?
You only need to use one of the below methods to log in. The Secure Code and Password are separate authentication options.
Option 1: Username & Secure Code
1. Log on eBNF on desktop
2. Open the eBNF App on your mobile device.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap on "Secure Code".
4. On the next screen, tap "Get Secure Code for Login".
5. Authenticate using your PIN or biometrics, depending on how your app is set up.
6. A secure code will be generated. Enter your Username and this Secure Code in the eBNF Desktop login screen.
Option 2: Username & Password
1. Log on eBNF on desktop
2. Click on “Login Using Username & Password”
3. Enter your Username and Password directly into the login screen
