ATM Upgrade Schedule

Credit Card Statements
1. When will my credit card repayment be taken?
Your repayment will be processed on 25th June, and then on the 25th of each month going forward.
2. Why is there no minimum repayment shown on my April statement?
The April statement does not include a minimum repayment amount. The minimum repayment of 5% of your outstanding balance (plus any fees) will start appearing from the May statement onward.
3. I usually pay more than the minimum—will that still happen?
Yes, if you previously arranged to repay more than the minimum (e.g., 50% or 100%), your agreed repayment amount will still be automatically deducted. This amount won’t appear on your statement. However, we are working to make this visible under Card Management on the eBNF platform soon.
4. Can I make a manual repayment?
Yes, you can make a manual repayment at any time via the eBNF by following the following steps:
- Log in to your eBNF App or Web
- Go to My Transfers
- Select the account you wish to pay from
- Choose your Credit Card account as the destination
- Choose how much you would like to transfer
- Add a payment reference (optional)
- Review the details and confirm using your eBNF PIN or biometric login
5. What happens if I make a manual repayment before the 25th?
If you repay the full minimum amount or more before the 20th, the direct debit on the 25th will not be processed.
If you repay less than the minimum before the 20th, the remaining balance will be collected on the 25th.
Manual repayments made between the 21st and 25th will not be reflected in the current month’s statement and are not recommended.
6. Will I be charged interest or late payment fees for April and May?
No, all debit interest from 1st April to 31st May and late payment fees will be waived. Late payment fees will be waived, reversed and visible on April and May statements, where applicable. Debit interest reversals will be adjusted and visible on June statements, where applicable. These will appear as a debit followed by a credit on your statement.
