Nadia Miceli
Nadia Miceli is the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in financial leadership, regulatory stewardship, and strategic balance sheet management gained through a progressive career within BNF Bank. Having risen through the ranks at the Bank, Nadia combines deep institutional knowledge with a strong command of regulatory finance, capital planning, and financial governance.
Nadia provides strategic direction across all financial control and regulatory reporting activities. Her end‑to‑end financial stewardship spans accounting, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, balance sheet management, and regulatory submissions.
Nadia leads the development of the Bank’s forward‑looking financial framework, including financial projections, scenario analysis, and stress‑testing methodologies. Her work underpins the Bank’s capital and liquidity planning processes and supports Board and Executive Committee decision‑making with insights on profitability, capital adequacy, risk sensitivity, and financial resilience.
She has a proven track record of delivering complex, high‑impact financial and regulatory initiatives, including IFRS 9 implementation, Bond issuance preparations and Asset Quality Review (AQR).
Nadia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management & Banking) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Banking & Finance, both from the University of Malta, graduating with first-class classifications.
