May we remind you that social distancing is the best precautionary measure, and therefore customers are encouraged to use other channels as an alternate means to visit a branch:
BNF's Customer Care team is available between Monday and Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm. For any queries, reach out by calling on +356 2260 1000, by sending a secure message via the BNF Internet Banking Portal or through BECS, the Bank's electronic customer service available through the Bank's website or Facebook.
BNF's Internet Banking portal is also a safer and more convenient method for your everyday banking essentials and to view your account activities, pay bills, make transfers and a host of other self-service options.
BNF ATMs and Express Deposit Machines are available 24/7 for cash withdrawals and deposits. For your health and safety, please refrain from using the branch teller services for amounts lower than €500.
If you would like to switch to BNF Contactless Cards, you may submit a request for replacement by calling Customer Care on +356 2260 1000. You can opt to send a secure message via the Internet Banking Portal.
- Should you still require to visit a branch and speak to one of our representatives, please ask for an appointment at your preferred branch by:
- Calling our Customer Care team on +356 2260 1000.
- Sending a secure message through Internet Banking.
- Reaching out through BECS on Facebook messenger or bnf.bank.
By respecting your given appointment, you will be helping us to better manage our customer flow within our branches whilst safeguarding yourself and our employees. We're restricting the number of people entering the branch at any point in time and therefore we appreciate your full cooperation in this respect. Before entering a branch, you are requested to:
- Briefly remove the mask or visor for security and identification purposes as will be indicated by security personnel.
- Use hand sanitisers before entering the branch.
- Wear the mask again throughout the visit.
- Follow queuing and social distancing guidelines.
Opening hours of our branches are from Monday to Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm. BNF Branches in San Ġwann, Naxxar, Paola and Rabat are currently operating without teller/cashier service, until further notice.
