BNF Bank and Euronet strengthen community access by installing first ATM in Mtarfa

BNF Bank is pleased to announce the installation of the first ATM in Mtarfa, delivered in partnership with Euronet, marking an important milestone for the locality. This new service brings essential banking access directly to residents, offering greater convenience and supporting the community’s day to day needs.
The ATM provides 24/7 access to cash withdrawals and key banking functions, reducing the need for residents to travel to neighbouring towns for basic services. Its installation reflects BNF Bank’s ongoing efforts to being present in the communities it serves and ensuring that financial access remains inclusive and reliable.
Angeles Linden, Head of Digital Channels at BNF Bank, commented: “Our collaboration with Euronet allows us to bring secure, modern, and convenient solutions closer to the community. We remain committed to strengthening our digital and physical touchpoints so that customers can manage their everyday banking with ease.”
Since 2024, BNF Debit Card customers have had free access to the approximately 200-strong Euronet ATM network around Malta and Gozo for cash withdrawals. This is the widest extension possible of BNF’s own ATM network.
This initiative forms part of BNF Bank’s broader strategy to enhance accessibility across Malta through practical, community focused solutions that make banking simpler and more convenient for all.
