Banif Bank signs a co-operation agreement with GTA

Banif Bank (Malta) plc signed a 3-year co-operation agreement with the Gozo Tourism Association. The agreement, signed at Banif Bank’s branch in Victoria by Mr Paul Scicluna, Chairman of the Gozo Tourism Association and Mr Simon Grech, Head of Retail Unit at Banif Bank (Malta) plc, will serve as a platform for ongoing discussion between the GTA and Banif Bank (Malta) plc for the mutual benefit of both parties.

This agreement is in line with Banif Bank’s commitment to support businesses and entrepreneurs in the growth of their enterprise. By catering for their specific and individual needs, Banif Bank provides financial assistance and continuous support to businesses to help them reach their business targets. The Gozo Tourism Association has been the main representative of the Gozitan tourism industry for the past ten years throughout which it has promoted Gozo’s distinct touristic appeal. It thus believes that the agreement with Banif Bank will further enhance its endeavours with regards to the marketing of Gozo as a distinct destination.

The executive committee of the Gozo Tourism Association represented by the Vice Chairman, Mr Mario Loporto, the Secretary, Mr Joe Muscat and the Treasurer Mr Mark Busuttil together with Banif Bank (Malta) plc representatives Mr Charles Mizzi, Head of Image & Communications Unit and Ms Marie Josette Vella Magro, Manager of Victoria Branch were also present for the occasion.
