Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Unit, you will be responsible to:
- develop tactics to execute the marketing strategy and plan to drive customers to the Bank’s channels;
- deploy and own the implementation of successful marketing campaigns from idea generation, concept creation to full execution;
- brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
- manage social media and digital platforms including growing organic traffic and paid acquisition, generation of content, pay per click campaigns, publicity, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis;
- plan and produce engaging content for website, press releases, articles, interviews, speeches, speaker notes and reports;
- build strategic relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, agencies and vendors;
- prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly basis, allocate funds and compile variance reports with analysis;
- measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, provide insight and assess effectiveness against objectives;
- execute and manage a CSR Plan in line with the bank’s ESG strategy and objectives by identifying initiatives worth supporting;
- identify and maximise marketing opportunities through digital banking platforms linking with customer habits and products and offers that the bank has or may develop;
- support the commercial drive of the bank, increasing customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives;
- understand Product and services offered by bank, analyse related customer behaviour and devise plans and initiatives to promote in line with overall bank’s objectives;
- organise and manage events with a keen attention to detail; and
- handle any other duties which may be assigned by the Head of Department in the interest of the smooth running of the Unit and the Department.

- have proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage;
- demonstrate a solid knowledge of website analytics tools and experience in setting up and optimising Google AdWords campaigns;
- be numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with MS Excel;
- be up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
- have a recognised qualification in Marketing or related area;
- experience in Banking or Financial Services will be considered an asset;
