You will be responsible for:

‍

• processing legal related matter tasks such as deceased customer and garnishee mandates;
• performing due diligence process of the opening of accounts for personal and non-personal customers;
• performing Inward and outward clearing process;
• managing the handling and processing of inward and outward payments both sepa and non sepa; and
• handling chasers and queries on payments.

The potential candidate should be reliable and trustworthy, well-organised with a disposition to learn and have a team-oriented approach.

You must:

‍

• possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Banking & Finance;
• adopt a target driven approach to work;
• have good analytical skills and attention to detail;
• possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese;
• possess excellent Microsoft Office application skills mainly in the use of Excel and Word; and
• be willing to work occasionally on Saturdays.
• Having previous banking experience, is considered an asset.
